Objectives
Civil Engineering represents all the techniques relating to civil constructions. Civil engineers or civil engineers are responsible for the design, construction, operation and rehabilitation of construction works and infrastructure which they manage in order to meet the needs of society, while ensuring public safety and environmental protection. Very varied, their achievements are generally and mainly divided into five main areas of intervention: structures, geotechnics, hydraulics, transport, and environment. This is why the Civil Engineering department at IPSAS provides versatile training allowing engineers to perform well and adapt to all construction systems in their career dedicated to improving the quality of constructions.
Opportunities
These engineers are intended to occupy positions of responsibility in public companies or in design offices, as well as in research centers. In addition, engineers have the possibility of pursuing post-graduate studies in Masters and Doctorate, in Tunisia or abroad.
